Sometimes we wonder if we should go shiny or not on our business cards. The tradition said not to the glossy finish due to the possibility of make notes on the business cards.

The glossy finish make us looks more vibrant in colors due to the thin layer on UV or Aqueous added during the printing process. Is that layer the one that avoid the writing after the business cards are print.

This is sometimes frustrating if we need to make notes.
If you does not need the business cards to make annotations, like information only (an offer or service) then go with UV, but it’s recommended not to.

The price is not commonly affected by choosing glossy or not. But that’s not the thing we should consider.

Business cards are commonly taken as notepads, try to keep yours as useful as possible.
